Conference Delegate Information
- 0800 – 0900 hours at the lobby of Conference Halls 1, 2 & 3, on the 1st day of the days that you have registered for.
- On-site registration will be done via QR code (which will be sent to you before the event).
- Each delegate will receive one badge. Do not share your badge and wear it at all times.
- Entry may be denied without your badge. (RM50 for badge replacement)
- Exhibition entrance is included for conference delegates.
- Venue: Exhibition Halls 3, 4 & 5, Ground Floor, KL Convention Centre

Trade Visitor Information
- The APHM International Healthcare Conference & Exhibition 2026 will be co-located with the tHIS ASEAN Exhibition by Reed Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE).
- If you have registered for the Conference, your badge entitles you to enter the Exhibition; no separate registration is required.
- tHIS ASEAN Exhibition: Exhibition Halls 1 & 2, Ground Floor
- APHM Exhibition: Exhibition Halls 3, 4 & 5, Ground Floor
- Pre-registered visitors should proceed to the pre-registration counters at Exhibition Hall 5, Ground Floor and present the QR code to collect their badge.
- Visitors are strongly encouraged to pre-register to avoid congestion.
- Dress code: Proper office wear (no slippers, singlets, or short pants).
- Children are not allowed as this is a trade event.
Car Parking
- Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre basement parking & Suria KLCC: RM5 for 1st hour, RM4 for each subsequent hour.
- Early Bird rate for basement parking: RM18 (enter 0500–0900 and exit 1600–2400).
- Other parking locations available around the convention centre.
