Raja Eileen Soraya is the Managing Partner of Messrs. Raja, Darryl & Loh, specialising in civil and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on medico-legal and dento-legal matters, as well as reputational management and media law. She currently heads the Firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and has appeared as counsel at all levels of the Malaysian courts, in addition to regularly representing clients in disciplinary tribunals involving medical and dental professionals. Eileen also advises on virtual healthcare consultations and the digitalisation of healthcare in Malaysia, acting for both domestic and international clients. She has received consistent recognition in leading legal publications. The Legal 500 Asia Pacific has named her a Leading Individual in Dispute Resolution and inducted her into its Hall of Fame (2021–2025). She has also been ranked by Asialaw Profiles as a Leading Lawyer (2016–2019) and Distinguished Practitioner (2020–2024), while Benchmark Litigation has recognised her as a “Litigation Star” (2018–2025) and included her in its Asia-Pacific Top 100 Women in Litigation. She is also listed in The Legal 500 Arbitration Powerlist: Southeast Asia. Eileen is a former Chairperson of the Malaysian Bar Council’s Advocacy Training Committee and is a graduate of the London School of Economics. She was called to the English Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
