Nurulhuda Mansor is a Partner at Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co. Her areas of practice include civil litigation with a focus on medical and dental malpractice, healthcare law and insurance law. She also advises and represents medical and dental practitioners in disciplinary proceedings before the Malaysian Medical and Dental Council. She has authored and presented papers on medico-legal topics at various conferences and seminars, and regularly gives lectures on medical law at local universities and tertiary hospitals. She is a Mediator accredited with the Bar Council’s Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC), sits as a Committee Member of the Research Ethics Committee Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), a Trainer for the Bar Council’s Advocacy Training Course and is the Assistant Secretary (Legal) of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia (MLSM).
