She works closely with both hospital management and insurers to seek insurance solutions for clients at the most competitive terms, bridging gaps in professional indemnity and other relevant coverages for clients. Have also actively involved in some of the sensitive and complex claims involving Medical Malpractice, Loss & and damage to properties and consequent loss of revenues, most notable were claim relating to SARS outbreak in year 2002/3 affecting several healthcare institutions. With deep exposure to coverage matters and claims, underwriting and policy design, Jessie brings a dual perspective to how insurance impacts hospitals’ sustainability and doctor protection evolving healthcare landscape.
