Dr. Nor Azira Ismail is a Rehabilitation Medicine Physician and Group Medical Director of Integra Healthcare Technology Sdn Bhd, where she leads clinical strategy, service development, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation programmes across the organisation and its subsidiary, IHT Rehab. IHT Rehab is Malaysia’s first network of private ambulatory rehabilitation centres and is set to expand to six centres nationwide by the end of 2026, positioning it as a leading provider of comprehensive, outcomes driven rehabilitation services.
With over 20 years of experience across Malaysia’s public and private healthcare sectors, Dr. Nor Azira continues to practise as a sessional consultant in paediatric and adult rehabilitation at Avisena Women and Children Specialist Hospital and Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara. She is a strong advocate for innovation and international collaboration in rehabilitation medicine, contributing to research, cross border knowledge exchange, and strategic partnerships that strengthen rehabilitation and vocational reintegration services in Malaysia.
Dr. Nor Azira holds an MBBS from the University of Adelaide, a Master of Rehabilitation Medicine from the University of Malaya, and a Diploma in Paediatrics from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
