Mr Kevin Lai is the Global Healthcare Practice Co-Leader at Egon Zehnder, and an advisor to Boards and CEOs, with a particular focus on health. He serves private and public companies on succession planning for CEO, other C-level positions and Non-Executive positions and advises clients on CEO development, top team effectiveness, and board effectiveness. Kevin is a trained and certified Integral Coach by New Ventures West. Kevin is passionate about professional development in Singapore. He supports the Singapore Institute of Directors by training new directors through their Listed Entity Directors and the Board Readiness Programs. Additionally, he mentors several healthcare start-ups founded by young entrepreneurs in Singapore and coaches CEOs of promising local companies. He is a Non-Executive Director at SGInnovate. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kevin was an Executive Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
