Miranda Harumal is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience in private hospital operations, commissioning, business development, and strategic growth. Since beginning her career in 1995, she has built a strong leadership track record across patient services, marketing, operational excellence, and hospital turnaround. Her career includes key leadership roles within KPJ Healthcare Berhad, contributing to the growth and operational excellence of KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital, KPJ Sentosa KL Specialist Hospital, and KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital. Prior to joining Selgate Healthcare in Feb 2025, she served as CEO of Ara Damansara Medical Centre. A strong advocate for quality, patient safety, and accreditation, Miranda has successfully led hospitals to achieve both Malaysian Society for Quality in Health and Joint Commission International standards. Currently, as CEO, Central Region at Selgate Healthcare, she oversees Selgate Group of Hospital’s expanding hospital network, driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and accessible, patient-centred healthcare delivery.
