With 32 years of clinical experience in urology, he specializes in minimally invasive therapies for urogenital tumors and male reproductive diseases. He has led multiple NSFC projects, published 60+ papers (30 SCI), and received several provincial/ministerial awards. As an experienced healthcare leader, he oversaw the full-cycle development of Shenzhen Qianhai Taikang Hospital. His expertise covers smart hospitals, AI deployment, digital operations, high-end international and cross-border services, integrated insurance models, quality&safety governance, and data-driven intelligent workflow transformation.
