Gun Wey Ling is a Nurse Educator in Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre with over 15 years of experience in nursing, critical care, Cath Lab, clinical education, and hospital policy review. She holds a Diploma in Nursing, Post Basic in Critical Care Nursing, and a Bachelor of Nursing (Hons). She is a Certified BLS Instructor with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications, a Certified HRD Corp Trainer, NLP Practitioner, and NLP Coach. She is actively involved in staff education, competency assessment, clinical governance, and hospital policy development and review.
