Her extensive clinical background includes Delivery Suite, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Neonatal Care, reflecting a longstanding commitment to evidence-based practice, patient-centred care, and clinical excellence.   Throughout her career, Julina has demonstrated expertise in nursing leadership, clinical governance, and workforce development, leading strategic initiatives that strengthen professional nursing practice, enhance the quality and safety of patient care, and support sustainable improvements in healthcare delivery.   She currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara, Malaysia, where she provides strategic leadership to advance nursing excellence, strengthen workforce capability, and drive quality-focused initiatives across the organisation
