Harish is a litigator with a practice in civil and commercial litigation. He has particular expertise in medico-legal matters has been the Honorary Secretary of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia from 2022. Harish has represented healthcare professionals in clinical negligence claims at all levels of the Malaysian courts as well as at disciplinary inquiries before the Malaysian Medical Council and the Malaysian Dental Council. He advises regularly advises on compliance with the Medical Act 1971, the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 and the guidelines of the Malaysian Medical Council. Apart from medico-legal matters, Harish is experienced in handling a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation.
