Dr. Muhamad Izwan graduated with an MBBS from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2017. Fuelled by a deep interest in medical ethics and law, he completed a Master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Medical Jurisprudence in 2023. He currently serves as the Head of the Medicolegal and Complaint Unit at Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Kota Bharu. Actively engaged in several organizations beyond his hospital role, Dr. Izwan serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia, Treasurer of the Bioethics Society, and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Malaysian Medical Association.
